Description
Spartan Shoe Co. is a shoe factory established in San
Pedro de Macoris Free Zone in 1983, under the
Wolverine World Wide subsidiary, located in Rockford,
Michigan.
We follow the procedures and production politics
established by Wolverine, which has been producing shoes
since 1903. We accomplish our production schedules
based solely on Dominican Labor.
Our Mission
Our mission is to deliver a
perceptible added value by means of a flexible manufacturing
process, TPM, statistical control processes and a good
suppliers administration policy. At the same time, we
train and motivate our employees and collaborate with a
leadership situational focus and a Maslow pyramid
demonstration. |
